Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP is recommended.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations/ project procurement and project coordination.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, managing stakeholders, managing procurement, report invoices and supporting related documents and supporting project delivery within established timelines.
Experience in maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on project deliverables.
Mandatory Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
High level of organization and time management capabilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and submission.
