About the Job:

3Dimension is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Physical Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design customized fitness programs, guide clients through safe and effective workouts, and help them achieve their personal health and performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and create individualized training plans.
Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety at all times.
Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
Educate clients on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.
Maintain a clean and motivating training environment.
Collaborate with team members on events, workshops, and client engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise science, and program design.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
