About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Specialist with a demonstrated interest or background in well-being, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services while integrating approaches that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered family medicine care to individuals and families.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Promote preventive health and wellness strategies, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in the development and delivery of wellness programs, workshops, and community health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Valid DOH license.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in Family Medicine.
- Experience in clinical or wellness settings preferred.
- Additional training or experience in Lifestyle Medicine, Preventive Health, Integrative Medicine, or Well-being Programs preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
